satire [sat-ahyuhr]- noun:

1. the use of irony, sarcasm, ridicule, or the like, in exposing, denouncing, or deriding vice, folly, etc.
2. a literary composition, in verse or prose, in which human folly and vice are held up to scorn, derision, or ridicule.
3. a literary genre comprising such compositions.

It has come to my attention that some are not too fond of the new SCW direction– mainly my crude humor and explicit use of the word fuck, and in particular family members of mine, whom I coerced en masse to follow my blog. I’m sorry for baiting and switching you all, but I’m not sorry about finding my literary voice and I would be remiss were I not to say that 1. I write satire in jest and 2. there is a clear difference in lit between the “I” as a character and the “I” as self, despite whether or not the content is married to pictures of myself. So if you are a friend, family and/or stranger offended by the things I dissect, un-follow me, stop reading and perhaps join a support group with Daniel Tosh and Chelsea Handler’s family. You know, for support. I won’t take it personal and about the things I write, neither should you.
